The Sentiero della Fede is a circular trail that passes through hamlets in the municipalities of Macra and Celle di Macra. A circular trail is a type of path that returns to its starting point. The parish church of San Giovanni Battista in Celle di Macra dates back to the 14th century, was largely rebuilt in the Baroque style between the 17th and 18th centuries, and preserves a medieval bell tower. Fresco painting is a type of mural painting applied to fresh plaster. The apse of the chapel of San Sebastiano was frescoed by Giovanni Baleison in 1484 with a depiction of the martyrdom of Saint Sebastian.
