Above Progled lies the Kutsinsko Blato locality. It is designated as a natural monument and is considered a rare place in the Balkans where the Rhodope lily blooms from mid-June to early July.

Chala is located in the immediate vicinity of Progled. The surrounding area also includes Snezhanka Tower, Karamandzha, Sveti Vrach, and Tuzlata. Farasinós is located in the wider regional surroundings of Progled.

Geographic location

You can reach Progled at the junction of the main Chepelare–Pamporovo–Smolyan road, where there is a small parking area. The turnoff to the village leads along a steep road. Progled is 4 km from Pamporovo.

In the nearby area, Pamporovo's bike park offers special mountain bikes for rent and protective equipment for riding during the summer season.

Culture and cuisine

Progled's annual village festival traditionally takes place on the first Saturday in July in a meadow and at a playground about 20 minutes uphill from the village. Wooden tables, benches, and a stage stand there among the pine trees.
