Nature Park House and Duringweg

The Nature Park House features a natural history exhibition covering just under 300 m², about the plants, animals and habitats of the Ötztal. Other topics include geology and water, with glaciers, lakes, rivers and moors. The exhibition therefore spans the region’s habitats as well as geological and water-related topics. The Duringweg starts at the Nature Park House. A short detour from the trail leads to the Teufelskanzel viewpoint. Bathing and mountain views at the AQUA DOME

The AQUA DOME has twelve indoor and outdoor pools with water temperatures of 34 to 36°C. At the brine pool, you can float weightlessly while looking out at the Ötztal’s three-thousand-metre peaks. Cultural monuments and local history

The parish church of St Catherine and the cemetery in Oberlängenfeld are protected monuments. Two different historical dates are associated with the parish church: it was first mentioned in a document in 1303 and consecrated in 1352. The first documentary mention and the consecration mark different milestones in the church’s history. The Schilcher Chapel in Oberlängenfeld is also protected by decree, as is the crucifix in Oberlängenfeld.
