Berchtesgaden, a popular destination for ski holidays, beckons with summer events. From June 5 to 22, the Weiss-Blauen-Wirtshauswochen 2008 are on. Enjoy delicious Bavarian specialties accompanied by music at the WeihnachtsschĂĽtzenplatz in Berchtesgaden. From around 4 to 10 p.m., exquisite chefs serve up special treats rarely found on regular menus. The motto: top quality ingredients (mostly Bavarian), taste and service.
Participating restaurants and inns include the Goldene Bär and Bier Adam in Berchtesgaden, as well as Gasthof Nukaser Wirtshaus in Zauberwald and Wirtshaus Wachterl in Ramsau.
