Kitzbühel Summer Card

Kitzbühel, a winter holiday paradise, now has something interesting to offer for summer holidays too. The current Kitzbühel Alps Summer Card offers over 30 leisure activities on 14 mountains. It is valid from 17 May 2007 to 28 October 2007. The participating places are Kitzbühel, Alpbach-Reith-Kramsach, Fieberbrunn, Pillersee, St. Johann, Schneewinkel, SkiWelt, Waidring and Wildschönau. The Alps Summer Card can be valid for 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7 days, or for the entire season. However, it is not valid for paragliding.

Spa and ski resort of Kitzbühel

The spa and ski resort of Kitzbühel is world-famous and offers elegant charm combined with typical Tyrolean warmth. Kitzbühel is in the northeast of Tyrol, Austria. The Kaiser Mountains lie to the north. The Hohe Tauern range protects it to the south, the Leogang Steinberge to the east and the Inn Valley to the west. The Kitzbühel Alps are extremely popular for ski holidays. The peaks over 2,000 metres offer more than just exceptional panoramic views. The sight of the white glaciers is breathtaking. On some days in January or February, in the bright sunshine, a bikini really is preferable to ski clothing. Ideal gentle slopes for families and beautiful cross-country ski trails also invite you to enjoy the perfect ski holiday.

Winter concept

And so the highly successful winter concept of a shared ski pass was adapted for the new Summer Card. 14 mountain railways are participating. In total, there are even 32 lifts and cable cars. Each one offers its own attraction and different activities every day. So it is well worth exploring the magnificent Kitzbühel ski area during a summer holiday too.
