Geographical setting
Valbella is a locality in the Swiss canton of Graubünden and a political section of the municipality of Vaz/Obervaz. The village lies at around 1,500 metres between Lenzerheide to the south and Parpan to the north. Lake Heidsee lies south of Valbella, while the Lenzerheide Pass forms the northern edge and the transition to the Churwalden Valley. The Stätzerhorn lies to the west and the Parpaner Weisshorn to the east. Valbella is also located on Swiss main road 3.
