Hiking
The Plasselb–Schwyberg hike follows a forest path from Plasselb in the direction of Taafela, Lehmas Bärgli and Gross Schwyberg. Taafela, considered a contemplative place with a statue of the Virgin Mary, lies along the route. The route returns to Plasselb via the western side of the Schwyberg and a forest path.

The Schwyberg route combines forest paths, pastureland and viewpoints overlooking the Ärgera, the Sense and the surrounding villages. From the Schwyberg area, views extend towards the peaks around Schwarzsee, the snow-covered Bernese peaks, the Plasselb Gorge, Lake Murten, Lake Neuchâtel and the Jura.
