Ski holidays in the Vosges
The Vosges are a forested mid-mountain range with several independent winter sports resorts. La Bresse-Hohneck, GĂ©rardmer, Markstein and Lac Blanc differ in access, piste options and opportunities for cross-country skiing or winter walks; they are not connected by a shared lift pass.
Short distances and keeping an eye on snow conditions
For a short stay, it is worth choosing your accommodation and activities around a single resort. As the elevations are lower than in the Alps, mild or changeable weather can have a particularly strong impact on ski operations.
