Chalet Auriane in the Verbier 4 Valleys ski area

The idyllic Verbier 4 Valleys ski area in Valais, a canton in southwestern Switzerland, has recently welcomed another hotel with the opening of Chalet Auriane. Chalet Auriane is a small but elegant luxury hotel, offering five rooms and space for up to 12 guests at a time. The owner has deliberately kept the hotel small so that they can cater to their guests’ needs in a particularly personal way. With the opening of Chalet Auriane, one of the last market niches in the Verbier 4 Valleys ski area has been filled.

The winter sports resort of La Tzoumaz, where Chalet Auriane is located, lies at the foot of the Verbier 4 Valleys ski area in Switzerland. Almost everything at Chalet Auriane is generously proportioned, from the king-size beds and lavish breakfast buffet or four-course evening meal to the very spacious bathrooms. Environmental protection is also a priority at Chalet Auriane. The rooms, as well as the outdoor whirlpools, are heated by a modern geothermal system. From the outdoor terrace, hotel guests can enjoy a spectacular mountain panorama, unmatched anywhere in the Verbier 4 Valleys ski area.

The ski lifts are more or less right on the doorstep, so it takes only a few steps to go from the hotel to the slopes. The ski lift in La Tzoumaz is also the largest facility of its kind in the entire ski area and is privately owned by Chalet Auriane, meaning that waiting times can be avoided.
