Events in Megève
And there’s plenty to enjoy on a ski holiday in Megève. First-class guest services with charm guarantee the winter sports region’s great popularity. Megève offers many interesting highlights for a ski holiday. More than 300 musicians, singers, dancers and comedians can be seen at the ice rink from 6 p.m. on December 23. The captivating show is called “Christmas as it used to be.” On December 27, from 6:30 p.m., “Mary Poppins” will be performed on ice there. On New Year’s Eve, the torchlit ski procession starts at 6:15 p.m., and on January 6, the Ski Grand Prix takes place. A major sled dog race, the “Odyssey Mont-Blanc,” starts on January 10 and 11. More than 300 international dogs take part, covering a total distance of about 1,000 km in almost two weeks.
