Tyrol: Joint ski pass
For the first time, one pass covers all 5 of Tyrol’s glaciers—the new “White 5” ski pass. Since 1 October, it has been valid in Kaunertal, Pitztal, Sölden-Ötztal, Stubaital and Hintertux. Just in time for the start, Frau Holle didn’t keep us waiting either. Ideal snow conditions, with a depth of 50 to 80 cm, await guests on their ski holiday.
Ski pass for the glaciers
Skiers can choose a glacier and also move between the glacier areas. You can use the ski pass over 10 days of your holiday, or use individual days of validity during the season. Another advantage of the “White 5” ski pass is its price of 290 euros. This works out cheaper than buying individual ski days in the glacier areas.

The ski pass opens up 314 km of pistes across the five 3,000-metre ski areas in Tyrol. The “White 5” is valid from 1.10.2007 until Whit Monday 2008 (12.05.2008). The new ski pass is available from all glacier lift operators in Tyrol. It includes 10 ski days, which can be divided up as you wish.
Tyrol’s 5 majestic glaciers, each rising above 3,000 metres, are world-famous. Breathtaking panoramic views and exceptionally clear mountain air add to the thrill. At an altitude of 3,000 m, the idyllic mountain scenery feels even more intense. Each ski area has its own special charm, just waiting to be discovered. With the new joint ski pass, that’s no problem.
