The tours of the water world of Valais start at the Betteralp cable car at 8:50 a.m. A day pass without the cable car costs 35 FR (20 FR without the cable car). At 9 a.m., the Aletsch Express departs for Riederalp. The route then follows the hiking trail via Riederfurka, the Gebidern dam and the Massa Trail. From the final stop, Ried-Mörel, the express returns to Riederalp. In winter, this ski area offers 99 kilometers of slopes, 20 ski lifts and 33 facilities. It also has 1 gondola, 1 cross-country ski trail, 1 ice rink, 3 chairlifts and 15 km of additional hiking trails. There is even a marmot discovery trail. The Aletsch Ski Arena in Switzerland offers a varied ski vacation. Bettmeralp is at its center. And 40 ski instructors are ready to teach at the Bettmeralp ski school. Many leisure activities are on offer both in summer and winter.
