Schladming ski resort in the Austrian Salzburg region now makes available a special offer for the upcoming 2011-2012 ski season.

One of these proposals would be "Sixty-plus» - a week tour in Schladming, which is offered to the tourists, who were born in 1952 and earlier. Special offer is valid from 3 to 24 December and is available for 301 euros.

The cost of a special seven-day package includes accommodation with breakfast, six-day lift pass, one day for testing of ski equipment and a day of guided tours.

Accommodation is available in the Aussacher hotel, situated on a Rormoos plateau near Schladming. Height of the plateau is 1100 meters above sea level. Staying at that hotel is attractive due to the location of the hotel, which is situated directly on the slope, close to the lift.

In this hotel are open sale of special tours for tourists of all ages. There are available packages from 8 January to 5 February 2012 for 440 euros per person.

An additional advantage of tours in Schladming is a snow guarantee. It provides for free cancellation of the tour if on the slopes of Planai- Hochwurzen will operate less than 3 lifts.

Schladming is one of the main ski resorts of "Ski Amade" - Austria's largest combined ski area. The resort itself has in total 223 miles of prepared tracks. It is a part of the Schladming-Dachstein region. In total in Schladming are accessible 860 km of "Ski Amade" tracks.

Schladming is one of the most renowned ski resorts in Austria. It has repeatedly hosted world championships in alpine skiing. The next World Cup in alpine skiing will take place in Schladming in 2013.
