Snow or No at Ski Resorts?

Snow or No at Ski Resorts?
Snow or No at Ski Resorts?

November has become a month when many ski resorts in Europe got much more snow than usually. Many famous ski resorts enjoy great snowfalls that they longed so much! But is it a false hope?

The luckiest resorts that got snow in the first turn are situated in Austria and Switzerland. They opened their ski tracks sooner than others and now tourists enjoy the first snow over there. Italy is also accepting its first skiers due to good snow conditions over there. In France they say the snow will come one of these days.

Such a good and unprecedented in last years snowfalls have been taking place in Europe the whole November already. Many people expect the winter to be rather good and snowy. But is it really so? The experts say: “No.” Unfortunately, the forecast is not so good as it might seems. Yes, the start of the winter is really excellent but everything can change to the worse soon as the Alps are in their warmest period for the last 1,300 years.

It is hard to say who is right. Time will show if the coming winter will be good or bad for the European resorts and skiers that plan to spend their vacation there.
