France or the Alps

In the Alps there are many resorts where the property is not so expensive as it is in France. However, many people prefer buying property in France. The price is no matter here at all. People choose French resorts because this country has its own charm, the special atmosphere that only this country has.

The most popular cities where foreigners usually buy property is Nice and San Tropez. The prices for second and third property are much higher over there but there is a good explanation for this. The conditions there are really excellent for a good vacation there: sun and warm and blue sea.
