Second Birth

Due to heavy snowfalls that started early this year Austria has a good snow coverage. And this means that after a warm summer Austria is going to have a rather “hot” winter with much snow. Even the Alpine World Cup slalom races were moved from Finland to Austria. It may seem to be a bit strange but this year Finland, the country that is situated inside the Arctic Circle, lacks snow.

Besides, this year Austria has become crazy about igloo. It has become very popular this year. There were even built several villages from ice and snow in the area of Kitzbuhel and Zillertal resorts. Everything there is under the ice, even the Kitzbuhel Church.

More over, this year tourists will get much pleasure from the Austrian slopes that have much snow this year.
