There were some new changes in Copper Mountain, CO the previous week. New people took such executive positions as Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Copper and Winter Park, Director of Intrawest Retail Group (IRG), Director of Marketing for Copper. Now Kelly Keefer, Jesse True, Mike Lover and Pete Woods will be responsible for the service at Copper Mountain resort since 2007 – 2008 ski and snowboard season.

It was also announced that Gary Rodgers will be the President and Chief Operating Officer of Copper Mountain. His new duty will be to be aware of all business acts taking place in all the resorts belonging to Copper Mountain. He will also keep an eye on the development of real estate and sales of the Copper Mountain resorts.

The officials hope that these changes in executive positions in Copper Mountain will have a positive effect as they will allow to make the service of the resort only better for those who will visit it and for those who work there. Besides, it is expected that the making up of the decisions will be more aligned and streamlined.

Lifts in Courchevel will be adapted for the children
The famous ski resort of Courchevel in France has decided to care not only about the oligarchs, but also the younger generation. Before the winter 2012-2013 season administration of the resort decided to upgrade all 18 chairlifts lifts to make them more comfortable for the children.
