There is a reason why the Thuringia Forest is known as one of the most beautiful middle mountain ranges of Europe. It offers a marvelous hilly landscape which is covered by the largest continuous forest region of Germany. Therefore, ideal for the hiker and nature lover but here you also find the origin of the German culture. Towns such as Gotha, Jena and Eisenach have become world famous due to historical people like Luther and Goethe. The community Wutha-Goethe is situated in the middle of this wonderful environment which is cut through by 168 km. long Rennsteig (this is a must for every hiking lover). Haus Bergblick of which you are the sole occupant is situated in absolute tranquility and totally detached in the village part Mosbach. The cosily furnished, Scandinavian point shaped house lies on a 1200 m² large parcel with a stunning view at the valley. For excursions, the stalactite caves (8 km.), the Wartburg and the Luther house in Eisenach (10 km.) and the many fortresses and castles in the region are certainly recommendable. If you look for privacy and rest in a natural- and cultural area, then here you are at the right address.
