The spacious holiday house of the family Frank is situated on the first floor, in the picturesque village Struth-Helmersdorf which belongs to Floh-Selingenthal. The, on an altitude of 750 metres above sea level situated village lies centrally in the Thüringer Forest and is situated directly at the famous Rennsteig. It is surrounded by stretched out broadleaf- and pine trees which offer endless options to the nature lover and walker. In winter time you will find over 30 km. of tracked runs and a really unforgettable landscape of snow covered forests. Meadows and little villages. The house lies at the edge of the village in a small side street at the fringe of the wood and contains of a 1000 m² large piece of land in where amongst others a terrace with garden furniture, lounge chairs and barbeque are at your disposal. From your balcony you have also a lovely view at the surrounding hills and forest which will make sure you will come totally to rest here. For the ski lover the well equipped ski areas Am Inselsberg and Oberberg lie at 20 km. distance. You reach the smaller area Steinbach-Hallenberg already at 8 km. away. . Landhaus Frank offers a very spacious and comfortable starting point for the nature lover and hiker who would love to explore the famous Rennsteig and the snow covered Thüringer Forest.
