The house is located in a quiet area, however not far away from the city centre.Close to the house (150m) you can find a sports-centre. There you can go in for sports and more (Soccer, Tennis, Swimming, Hiking). Additionally you can find excellent winter-sports possibilities. The ski pists are very well prepared and the sports-equipment can be hired as well. You can even aqcuire a ski-pass of several days' duration.The house is well equiped.
