Radstädter Tauern
Das herrliche Skigebiet (1.639 - 2.350 m) rund um Obertauern gilt als äußerst schneesicher. Der große Vorteil dieses modernen Wintersportortes liegt in der Tatsache, dass fast alle Unterkünfte per Ski erreicht werden können. Insgesamt stehen ca. 100 abwechslungsreiche Pistenkilometer und 26 Seilbahnen und Lifte zur Verfügung. Ein Muss für jeden Skiläufer ist die sogenannte Tauernrunde, eine 12 km lange Skistrecke, die ermöglicht, das Dorf entweder gegen oder mit dem Uhrzeigersinn komplett zu umfahren. Legendär für Steilhang- und Buckelpistenfans ist die Strecke Gamsleiten 2. Auch Snowboarder kommen in Obertauern nicht zu kurz: Herrlich austoben können sie sich im Longplaypark an der Kehrkopfbahn mit Slides, Jumps, Kickers, Corners und Rails.

Bulgarian ski resort: Easter skiing
According to the Bulgarian National Television, the resort administration decided to offer unique opportunity to free skiing on the slopes of Pamporovo before the Easter after consultation with the Smolyan city authorities, which is located near the resort.
