Hotel Alpin Sherpa
The comfortable 3-star Hotel Alpin Sherpa is centrally located in Meiringen and is only approx. 400 m from the gondola. The free ski bus stops approx. 100 m away. The cosy sports hotel has a reception, lobby with open fireplace and small hotel library, lift, restaurant, bar, children's playroom, ski room, sports shop, photo shop and hair salon. Guests can relax in the sauna (open daily 16:00 - 20:00). The garage car park can be used at a fee.
Furnishing/Board
The cosily and comfortably furnished rooms have a bath or shower/wc, cable TV, radio, telephone, hair dryer, cosmetic mirror and safe. The included half-board consists of an extended breakfast buffet and 4-course evening meal. The little ones can order child menus. Christmas dinner and the 5-course New Year's Eve gala dinner are also included.

Alpine skiing in France: successful season in the Alps
According to official statistics, the last 2011-2012 season was quite successful for the French Alps. The number of tourists visited ski resorts in France at the famous peaks increased compared with the previous year by 2%.

Bulgarian ski resort: Easter skiing
According to the Bulgarian National Television, the resort administration decided to offer unique opportunity to free skiing on the slopes of Pamporovo before the Easter after consultation with the Smolyan city authorities, which is located near the resort.
