The 4-star Hotel Rivé is located approx. 500 m from the centre and is not far from the ski lifts. Hotel facilities include a reception, lift, bar, restaurant, breakfast room, lounge, conference room, Internet, terrace and ski room. The spa and fitness area with sauna, steam room, Roman and Turkish steam baths, infrared cabin, quiet zone, massage showers, pool, igloo and fitness room can be used when paid locally. Parking spaces are also available (payable locally).

The friendly rooms have a shower/wc, satellite TV, telelphone, radio, safe, Internet access, hair drier, minibar and some also have a balcony. Bulgarian ski resort: Easter skiing
According to the Bulgarian National Television, the resort administration decided to offer unique opportunity to free skiing on the slopes of Pamporovo before the Easter after consultation with the Smolyan city authorities, which is located near the resort.
