The accommodation is situated at the edge of Avoriaz, on the heights of the district La Falaise. Quartier de la Falaise comprises of several buildings and offers a marvellous panorama of the Morzine Valley. The location makes it possible to step into your skis right in front of the door and ski away. A bakery, supermarket, restaurants and bars are only 300 m away. Ski boxes and a children's play corner are available in the accommodation.

The studios and apartments all have a combined living/sleeping area, bath/wc, phone, TV, wifi (both for a fee), and balcony or terrace. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a dishwasher, microwave, electric hob, and coffee machine.

Avoriaz is a car-free resort. Parking spaces and a below-ground garage are located at the entrance to the resort and are payable locally.
