The resort centre of Zell am Ziller is approx. 4 km away and it is only approx. 100 m from the Gerlosstein lift. The family-run house's facilities include a friendly lobby with reception, lift, Wifi (payable locally), a dining room with non-smoking area, an à la carte restaurant, a sociable house bar with large TV screen and darts, children's play room and a ski cellar with ski boot drier. Billiards and table tennis can be played, for a fee. In addition, guests have access to a vitality area with herbal sauna, Finnish sauna, steam room and infrared cabin, Kneipp foot baths and a heated outdoor jacuzzi. For a local fee, you can have a massage, use the solarium, as well as billiards, table tennis and Internet (W-Lan). Parking spaces are available.

The cosy double rooms have shower/wc, satellite TV, radio, telephone, hair drier, Wifi (payable locally) and some with balcony. Half board is included in the holiday price and comprises of a welcome drink, a rich breakfast buffet with fresh fruit and egg dishes, as well as 3-course evening meal with choice and a salad buffet.
