The ski bus stop is located 100 m away and brings you to the Zell lift (1.5 km), and to the Horberg lift (4 km). A cross-country ski trail is 300 m away. The house is comfortably furnished with a lift, reception, ski room with heated ski boot dryer and one underground parking space per apartment. Further free parking is located 200 m away.

The modern apartments have one or two bedrooms, with either two double beds or one double and two single beds). They also have a living/sleeping area with a pull-out sofa for two people, satellite TV, telephone, dining table, as well as a shower and separate wc. Some with balcony or terrace. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, 4-ring hob, microwave with grill function, electric kettle, and coffee machine. Self catering.
