Hotel Riedl
The well-kept 4-star Hotel Riedl is located approx. 3 km from the centre of Kössen and approx. 4 km from the lift. A cross-country trail runs directly by the accommodation and the free ski bus stops approx. 250 m away. The hotel's facilities include a reception, lobby, lounge with tiled stove, reading room, lift, bar in the Tyrolean parlour, as well as a ski room with boot drier. Further there is large spa area available with indoor pool with massage and counter stream system, rock water falls, sanarium, shower and Kneipp grotto, relaxation room with thermal beds, Finnish sauna, as well as steam room, fitness room and solarium (payable locally). Parking spaces are free to use. Furnishing/Board The light and friendly furnished rooms offer a bath or shower/wc, hair drier and cosmetics mirror, satellite TV, sitting corner, radio, telephone, safe and balcony. The already included half-board comprises a welcome drink, breakfast buffet, as well as a 3-course evening meal with choice and salad buffet. Once per week there is a farmer's buffet and on Christmas and New Year's Eve special menus are served.

Alpine skiing in France: successful season in the Alps
According to official statistics, the last 2011-2012 season was quite successful for the French Alps. The number of tourists visited ski resorts in France at the famous peaks increased compared with the previous year by 2%.

Residents of Zell-Am-Se town had to complain about excessive noise, which produces numerous bars of the Austrian ski resort in the Salzburg region.

Bulgarian ski resort: Easter skiing
According to the Bulgarian National Television, the resort administration decided to offer unique opportunity to free skiing on the slopes of Pamporovo before the Easter after consultation with the Smolyan city authorities, which is located near the resort.
