Villa Seehof

Renovated in 2004, the Villa Seehof offers guests a very special flair. Unique antique furniture and books help create a stylish atmosphere. The house is located near the Schwarzsee Lake, just two stops with the ski bus from the Kitzbühel city center and the Hahnenkamm lift (approx. 1.3 km). The complimentary ski bus stop is located near the house. Under good snow conditions, it is possible to ski-in near the house. The pension includes a lounge with open fireplace and TV as well as a charming Tyrolean dining room with a tiled stove. The house bar offers an outstanding view of Wilder Kaiser and the "Schwarzsee" and is a wonderful area for social get-togethers. The pension has a sauna with rest area (sauna towels and bathrobes can be hired at a local fee), which can be used at no charge between 15:30 and 18:30. Free parking is available. Furnishing/Board
All rooms and suites have been individually decorated and have a TV. The bathrooms were renovated in 2006. The breakfast buffet consists of different types of bread, egg dishes, cheese, musli, coffee and tea. The evening meal is in three courses or a themed buffet.
