The family-run 3-star Hotel Bruggerhof is located at the edge of Kitzbühel in immediate proximity to the lake Schwarzsee. To the center of Kitzbühel and the lifts is only about 2 km. The ski bus stops directly in front of the building and access to the cross-country trails is only approx. 50 m away. The holiday residence is made up of four buildings in a 30 m vicinity and includes a lobby with reception, dining room, restaurant, bar, parlour, and ski room. Free use of wifi is possible in the reception area. The spa area is offers an indoor pool and children's pool, jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, sanarium, and relaxation zone with loungers. In the newly build fitness and spa oasis, which is connected to the hotel by an underground passage there is additionally a jacuzzi, saline grotto, spa experience showers, laconium, tepidarium, solarium, and fitness center with cardio machines and a vitamin bar with power-drinks. The spa area can be used free of charge daily from 10:00 to 22:00. Massages and beauty treatments are available for a fee. Free parking is available.

Furnishing/Board
The modernly furnished rooms all include a bath or shower/wc, cable TV, and telephone. Accommodation may be in any of the four buildings. The included half pension is comprised of a breakfast buffet and a 4-course evening meal (with options) and a salad buffet. Additionally, a theme-night and a hearty farmer's breakfast are offered once weekly. Special children's menus are available per request. Christmas and New Year's dinners are included in the price.
