Your guest house is located just a few kilometres from the famous ski area Kitzbühel and provides the ideal parameters for your winter sport holiday! Ski-out is possible, with the right snow conditions, snow-conditions, directly from the house. The ski bus stops right in front of the house and brings you comfortably to the ski area. Cross-country skiers can also easily enter the numerous trails just outside the accommodation. Your traditional, cozy guest house offers a rustic guest parlor with a tiled oven, breakfast and dining room, à la carte restaurant, and a lounge with board games, wifi, and satellite TV. For social evenings, the accommodation provides the perfect setting. You can safely store your ski gear in the ski room, with a heated ski boot room. For children, there is a playroom, and in addition to that, a hobby room with table tennis, darts, and kicker (for a fee). Upon reservation, the sauna and steam bath may be used between 16:00 and 19:00.

Furnishing/Board
The rooms (non-smoking) are furnished in the Tyrolean style include satellite TV and shower or bath/wc, and some have a balcony. The included half pension is comprised of a breakfast buffet with house-made bread and müsli corner, and in the evenings, a 3-course menu (with options; vegetarian alternatives also possible), and finally, twice-weekly skier snack with a kitchen selection, soup, or snack buffet. On Christmas and New Year, a special menu is served.
