The well-run 4-star hotel lies in a quiet and sunny location, only approx. 900 m from the centre. The Fleckalm cable car is only approx. 4 km away, the Gaisberg and Maierl lifts approx. 300 meters. The ski bus stop is approx. 120 m from the hotel. A practice slope with equipment hire, ski school, children's world and practice lift can be reached in about 300 m. Hotel facilities include a lobby with reception, an Internet corner and comfortable seating area, a hotel bar, dining room and lift. Furthermore, the accommodation boasts a generous spa area with indoor pool, sauna, steam room, Kneipp water treatment pool (incl.) and a solarium (payable locally). There is a separate pool for children, as well as a play room. Free parking is also available.

Spacious rooms with bath or shower/wc, cable TV, radio, telephone, and some with balcony. Hairdryer and safe are available at the reception. The included half-board consists of a breakfast buffet and a 4-course evening meal with appetizer and salad buffet. Once per week there is a farmer’s buffet, and a Christmas meal is also included in the price.
