Sporthotel Tirolerhof
The 3-star Sporthotel Tirolerhof is located quietly on a sunny plateau in the centre of Itter. The ski bus stops at the foot of the hotel driveway (approx. 20 m) and the ski runs are situated 80 m away. The Wilder Kaiser-Brixental ski area is approx. 1.5 km away and the closest cross-country ski trails are 100 m away. The cosy hotel offers a main building and an annex and it's facilities include reception, hotel hall/lobby, à-la-carte restaurant, hotel bar with cafe, Internet corner in the entrance area (payable locally) and Wifi at the hotel bar and in the lobby, as well as a heated ski and ski boot room. The spa area with indoor pool, sauna, steam room, relaxation area, physio-infrared cabin, as well as activity and aroma showers can be used at no extra charge (15:00 - 19:00, excl. indoor pool from 7:30 - 19:00). At a local fee you can make use of a solarium, massages, pedicure, hair dresser and cosmetic treatements. Free parking spaces are available at the accommodation.
Furnishing/Board
The rooms are partly renovated and come with bath or shower/wc, some with a hairdrier, satellite or cable TV, radio, telephone and balcony. Accommoadtion may take place in the main building or the annex. Half-board included in the holiday price, consists of a breakfast buffet with a muesli corner, as well as a 3-course meal with choice and salad buffet. The Christmas and New Year’s Eve dinners are also included.

Alpine skiing in France: successful season in the Alps
According to official statistics, the last 2011-2012 season was quite successful for the French Alps. The number of tourists visited ski resorts in France at the famous peaks increased compared with the previous year by 2%.

Residents of Zell-Am-Se town had to complain about excessive noise, which produces numerous bars of the Austrian ski resort in the Salzburg region.

Bulgarian ski resort: Easter skiing
According to the Bulgarian National Television, the resort administration decided to offer unique opportunity to free skiing on the slopes of Pamporovo before the Easter after consultation with the Smolyan city authorities, which is located near the resort.
