The comfortable 4-star Hotel Held is located quietly at the edge of the town Fügen. The valley station of the Spieljoch railway and the centre of Fügen are both only 800 m away, the ski bus stop is just in front of the building. The hotel offers a reception, lobby, restaurant, bar with lounge area, wine cellar, common room, children's playroom, lift and ski room with a boot drier. Furthermore the hotel has a 4,000 m² large spa area with an activity water world over 1,200 m². Here you will find various saunas, jacuzzi, steam bath, Kneipp pool, a heated outdoor pool, an 8-person outdoor jacuzzi, an indoor pool with counter-stream system, waterfalls, floor jets and massage grotto as well as a panorama fitness room with high-tech cardio equipment available for free. The solarium is available to use when paid locally. In the new pine-wood relaxation room you will also find water beds and spa beds. The beauty centre with massages, aroma baths and manicure, etc. can also be used (when paid locally). Parking spaces (incl.) are also available at the hotel. Furnishing/Board The rooms have a bath or shower/wc, cable TV, radio, telephone, internet (for a fee), a safe and hair dryer and either a balcony or terrace. Half-board PLUS, which is included in the price, consists of a welcome drink, a breakfast buffet with a rich organic food corner, a lunch snack with green salads (12.00 - 15:00 p.m.), an afternoon snack with cake (15:00 - 17:00 p.m.) and in the evenings a fantastic 4-course menu of choice with a salad buffet and theme buffets as well as a vegetarian and spa menu. Ziller Valley spring water and juices from the "Trinkbrunnen", as well as juices and various teas from the vitamin bar in the spa and beauty area are also included in the price. Once a week a champagne breakfast is offered. Vegetarian and gluten-free meals (payable locally) are possible to request.

Alpine skiing in France: successful season in the Alps
According to official statistics, the last 2011-2012 season was quite successful for the French Alps. The number of tourists visited ski resorts in France at the famous peaks increased compared with the previous year by 2%.

Residents of Zell-Am-Se town had to complain about excessive noise, which produces numerous bars of the Austrian ski resort in the Salzburg region.

Bulgarian ski resort: Easter skiing
According to the Bulgarian National Television, the resort administration decided to offer unique opportunity to free skiing on the slopes of Pamporovo before the Easter after consultation with the Smolyan city authorities, which is located near the resort.
