Activity Hotel Kohlerhof
The friendly 4-star Activity Hotel Kohlerhof lies directly at the Spieljoch lift, approx. 500 m from the centre of the resort. The ski bus stops directly opposite the accommodation and takes you to the ski area of Hochfügen. Hotel facilities include a reception with safe, lift, dining hall and à la carte restaurant, parlour, hotel bar, Internet surf station (payable locally) and cosy sitting corner, as well as a sun terrace. Furthermore the accommodation offers an approx. 800 m² large spa area with an indoor pool offering approx. 120 m² of water space and 29° C water temperature, counter stream system, whirls, stone grotto with waterfall and rain showers, outdoor pool, steam bath "Minerarlienwunder", whirl sauna with ho cabin, organic sauna, infrared area, and relaxation room, hay bath and many further opportunities for relaxation. Throughout the day there is juice, fruit and tea available in the spa area (incl.). Solarium and spa treatments are available if booked and paid for locally. Additionally, each full-paying person receives a spa voucher valued at €15 and also a 10% reduction on all not included spa offers. Twice per week there is live music and one torch hike is also offered. Free parking spaces are available.
Furnishing/Board
The lovingly furnished rooms and apartments are all furnished with a bath or shower/wc, as well as cable TV, telephone, radio, hair drier and balcony. The apartments additionally have a living/sleeping area, a kitchenette and 1-2 bedrooms and are located in the 300 m distant annex building. The luxuriously furnished rooms are located in the main building. The included half-board PLUS comprises a vitality breakfast buffet with organic products from regional farming, a skiers snack in the afternoon and a 4-course evening meal with choice with salad buffet (on request also with vegetarian or dietary products). Once per week there is also a farmer's buffet served. Christmas and New Year's Eve gala dinners are also included in the price. All meals are served in the main building.

Alpine skiing in France: successful season in the Alps
According to official statistics, the last 2011-2012 season was quite successful for the French Alps. The number of tourists visited ski resorts in France at the famous peaks increased compared with the previous year by 2%.

Ski resorts in Austria suffer from noise
Residents of Zell-Am-Se town had to complain about excessive noise, which produces numerous bars of the Austrian ski resort in the Salzburg region.

Bulgarian ski resort: Easter skiing
According to the Bulgarian National Television, the resort administration decided to offer unique opportunity to free skiing on the slopes of Pamporovo before the Easter after consultation with the Smolyan city authorities, which is located near the resort.
