The family-run 4-star Family Hotel Kaiserhof is quietly located just above Berwang with a wonderful view over the whole Berwang valley right up to the Zugspitze. To the centre of Berwang it is approx. 150 m. Access to the ski area is to be found in close proximity (approx. 70 m) and if the snow conditions allow it ski-in to the accommodation is possible. A cross-country trail is to be found also only approx. 150 m away. They stylish accommodation's facilities include a wonderful entrance area with reception, panorama lobby with cosy sitting corner, fire-place in the corner, lift, hotel bar, dining hall and an à la carte restaurant, conservatory, sun terrace and an approx. 1,200 m² large spa area (partly payable locally). Free parking spaces are also available.

Furnishing/Board
The comfortable and friendly furnished rooms all have a bath or shower/wc, cable TV, telephone, radio, safe, hair drier and balcony. Half-board comprises a welcome drink, a rich breakfast buffet and a 4-course evening meal or themed buffet. On Christmas and New Year's Eve special festive menus are served. Spa Inclusive: Use of the spa area with indoor pool and a water gate to the outdoor area, children's pool, sauna area with Finnish sauna, organic sauna and steam room, Tyrolean herbal baths, Roman aroma temple, fresh air grotto, tepidarium, warm beds, relaxation room and fitness room. The indoor pool is open daily between 07:00 and 19:30 and the sauna area can be used between 15:00 and 19:30.
Payable locally: Use of the spa area "Kaiseralm" with herbal steam baths, block sauna, gold mines, as well as spa and beauty treatments, hair salon and solarium. The sauna area is open daily between 12:00 and 19:00, treatments are done between 09:00 and 19:00. Children's programme Inclusive: The little ones will find an extensive programme to keep them busy. Children between 3 and 12 years can go the Kid's Club "Bärenland" 6 times a week from 10:00 to 21:00. There they are tended to and will find children's juices and an afternoon snack available (exceptions: between 26/12/11 and 07/01/12, as well as between 18/02/12 and 25/02/12, only from 13:00 to 21:00).
Payable locally: In "Teenie-Land" youngsters will find table football, air-hockey, computer games and much more available. For toddlers from 6 months up to 2 years the "Babyland" offers child-care facilities (6 times a week for either 3 or 6 hours).
