New MGM apartments in Tignes

Tignes is a ski resort in France, which will soon begin construction of a new luxury apartment complex. The MGM company, which is known in France as one of the largest developers on the ski real estate market of the country, launches a residence project, which is named Kalinda Village.

The project includes construction of a complex that will include 107 apartments and 8 shops. According to businessimmo.com, the total area of the future hotel and shopping complex will be more than 12 thousand square meters.

New ski resort complex in Tignes will be located in one of the villages - Tignes 1800. The total project cost is estimated at 80 million Euros. Architectural design of the ski resort was developed by the Plexus architectural agency from Grenoble. It is expected that the first stage of the project will be finished in 2013.

Kalinda Village was not the first project that MGM realizes in Tignes. Previously MGM has presented four apartment complexes in Tignes Le Lac and Tignes Val Claret, as well as two hotels in the Tignes Val Claret: L'Ecrin du Val Claret 3* and Les Suites du Nevada 4*.

Tignes ski resort is one of the highest resorts in France and the Alps. It consists of several resorts. Tignes 1800 is a part of the Tignes resort and offers 300 miles of tracks in the Espace Killy ski area. In total, Tignes offers its tourists about 30 000 places.
