Corsica in Chamonix Festival
(Snow Regions in France)Starting from Friday April 11th and until Sunday April 13th the popular French ski resort of Chamonix will host a Corsica in Chamonix Festival. It is meant to introduce and popularize rich and interesting culture of "Ile de Beauté" (or Beautiful Island as many refer to Corsica). The event will include music, films, exhibitions and food tasting of Corsican cuisine (dried meats, cheese, wines and numerous specialities).
On Friday April 11th movie screenings will take place at the ski holiday resort. Within the framework of this presentation a film released by the Corsica Tourist Agency will be shown. One more key event of the Festival is a performance of a Corsican group Voce Ventu at Salons du Majestic on April 12th.
On Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th April prize draw sponsored by a private Italian carrier Corsica Ferries will take place. You can win a return ferry trip for two persons or a vehicle. The winner will be drawn on Sunday 20th April in the presence of Mr Roland Ferrari, commecial director of Corsica Ferries.

Seefeld will celebrate the end of winter
At the world-famous Austrian ski resort of Seefeld on February 19 will be organized Maskentreiben 2012 festivities. Originally a small celebration created by local residents for the tourists evolved into a vivid entertainment show, enjoying great popularity among the guests of the resort.
