New opportunities to ski resorts

Even though the specialists say that the global warming can affect the amount of tourists visiting many Alpine ski resorts, they still do not want to give up and are seeking for new ways of attracting tourists to the resorts.

Now many of Alpine resorts offer a wide range of activities that people can enjoy during their summer vacations. More over, because of oppressive heat that has happened in Europe this summer, many ski resorts can be a wonderful place to escape from stuffy cities for fresh air of the mountains.

Besides, it is a well-known fact that many people like to enjoy their summer vacations by the sea. Tignes, France, has a very interesting offer for many beach admirers. This year they brought beach to the mountains. This means that they delivered sand to the lake that is situated in the mountains and then announced that they have a "highest" beach in the world. Besides, Tignes resort was also a host resort to the cycling race of Tour de France.

Tignes is not the only resort that is going to save its business. Vieber, Switzerland, played host to a classical music festival in order to attract more tourist to its mountains. And this event was also a success.
