Ski Area Heavenly (Lake Tahoe)

On the southern shore of Lake Tahoe lies Heavenly, the no. 1 ski area in the region. From here, you have an amazing view of the deep blue lake to one side and an impressive view of the Nevada high desert to the other. The slopes offer everything a skier's heart can desire: prepared pistes for those leisure skiers, challenging terrain, or deep snow slopes for the experts. At the mountain station of the Heavenly Gondola, there is a 6 hectare practice area for ski and snowboard courses, the ''Big Easy.'' The area also provides the perfect natural conditions for boarders with broad, wide-open free-ride areas and 5 fun parks for beginners to experts! In the Adventure Peak at the mountain station, various snow toys are availabile for your discovery. Snow tubing, ski bikes, and the heavenly mountain gondola are just a few highlights in Heavenly, alongside its unique pistes. The lift pass ''Heavenly Northstar at Tahoe,'' approx. 81 km of piste and 17 lifts are available. With 7 additional parks and a superpipe, sporty and adventurous skiers are sure to delight.
