Savognin – Wide pistes and family-friendliness!
The idyllic resort of Savognin lies at 1,200 m altitude in Kanton Graubünden. The old, Rhaeto-Romanic village, with its magnificent Grison-style houses, some of which are centuries old, is located amidst one of the vast high valleys of the Surses Valley. Savognin is not only famous for its Baroque church, Son Martegn with incredible ceiling paintings, but also for the alpine cheese that is produced locally. In family-friendly, tranquil Savognin you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the brilliant winter wonderland. You can also expect lots of winter sport fun! The 80 km of extra-wide pistes for carving and snowboarding, as well as the boarder fun park at Tigignas ensure great variety. The ski area, which reaches up to 2,700 m, reveals its best side with remote forests, enchanted wintery mountain ranges and wonderful deep-snow areas. Savognin offers a tranquil atmosphere and many, quite unusual leisure activities.
