Ski Area Pozza
With the "Fassatal-Karersee" lift pass, you have access to 120 kilometres of piste that are connected with 59 lifts between 1,150 - 2,513 m in the Alba, Canazei, Campitello, Karersee, Pozza and Vigo areas. From Pozza you have direct access to the Buffaure-Ciampac ski area with 31.5 km of piste and Ciampedie with 16 km of piste. Both areas offer primarily easy to intermediate runs. Cracks can enjoy the black pistes, such as the famous "Tomba" near Ciampedie or the 2.5 km long stretch on Karersee from Kölnerhütte! Val di Fassa also offers numerous free ride and deep snow areas. Floodlit fans will get their money's worth at Pozza on the Aloch Piste in the ski area, where you can enjoy the lit run three times a week. With the Dolomiti Superski lift pass (for a supplement), you can even access 1,242 km of piste and 471 lifts in 12 ski areas! This includes the Sella Ronda, the 40 km long day trip around the Sella Massif on skis and lifts, which starts directly in Val di Fassa. Large snow parks for snowboarders can be found in the Alpe Lusia-Bellamonte and Belvedere areas, and the Col Rodella area offers a fun park with boarder cross.

Alpine skiing in France: successful season in the Alps
According to official statistics, the last 2011-2012 season was quite successful for the French Alps. The number of tourists visited ski resorts in France at the famous peaks increased compared with the previous year by 2%.

Bulgarian ski resort: Easter skiing
According to the Bulgarian National Television, the resort administration decided to offer unique opportunity to free skiing on the slopes of Pamporovo before the Easter after consultation with the Smolyan city authorities, which is located near the resort.
