Val di Fassa - Fantastic Dolomites!

Val di Fassa - Fantastic Dolomites!

Val di Fassa is situated directly on the border between Trentino and South Tyrol, at the foot of some of the most lovely peaks in the Dolomites, such as the Marmolada glacier (3,342 m). Famous for the 'Sella Ronda' and the traditional Ladin architecture, cuisine, and way of life, the Val di Fassa has become one of the most-loved destinations in the Dolomites. Skiers appreciate the diverse ski areas, snowboarders have plenty of funparks at their disposal, and the Dolomiti super lift pass includes over 1,200 km of piste. Val di Fassa - Fantastic Dolomites!

Val di Fassa is situated amongst breathtaking mountain landscape. Vigo (1,393 m) and Pozza (1,320 m) enjoy the stunning backdrop of the "Rose garden" mountains. Still blessed with a certain extent of "southern flair", these villages are somewhat quieter than the other resorts, making them ideal for families. Campitello (1,448 m) is dominated by the gigantic Langkofels Massiv and the Col Rodella (2,404 m). Canazei (1,450 m) is the most well-known resort in the Fassa Valley and offers - like Campitello - direct access to the Sella Ronda day tour. The resort is influenced by its Ladin tradition and offers an ideal combination of nature and sport, events and nature, relaxation and night life. The district Alba (1,517 m) is especially known due to its steep cliffs and black diamond extreme descent into the valley. A free ski bus network guarantees good connections between the individual resorts.
