Ski Area Pfalzen

The ski region around Plan de Corones (2,275 m), South Tyrol's No. 1 ski mountain, offers more than just a bit of piste fun with the lift pass "Kronplatz". Thanks to its 216 snow cannons, December to April is snow secure with 105 km piste and 31 modern lifts between 935 - 2,275 m, providing enjoyment for young and old. Beginners, children and families will love the "CroniExpress" with its 8-person gondola. A 100 m wide piste with an altitude difference of 160 m is there. At the peak of Plan de Corones is "Croniworld", where parents can watch the progress of their children and enjoy a wonderful 360-degree panorama. Both valley runs "Sylvester" and "Herrnegg", on the other hand, have quite steep passages and challenge even experts and experienced skiers! Snowboarders can burn off steam on the half pipe. No other ski area presents itself as such a diverse and varied area as Plan de Corones! The ski area is also known as the host for various sports events, e.g. the Snowboard World Cup.
