Ski Area Kleinwalsertal
Together with Oberstdorf, Germany's southern-most community, the Austrian Kleinwalsertal forms the Oberstdorf/Kleinwalsertal ski region. This region can be accessed with one lift pass and, with 87 kilometres of piste, is especially suitable for families and beginners. Experienced skiers will also get their money's worth on excellently prepared pistes, which can be reached with 43 gondolas and lifts. On the Nebelhorn, you can reach 2,224 m with the highest cable car in the Allgäu. Under good weather conditions, you can enjoy a fantastic, wide view from the peak station of the 400 peaks between the Zugspitze and Swiss Säntis. Additionally, you can ski Germany's longest valley run from Nebelhorn down to Oberstdorf. The area on Söllereck, with primarily easy to intermediate pistes, is ideal for families. The Walmendinger Horn offers lovely and diverse runs for different skill levels.
