Ski Area Les Arcs
The lift pass "Les Arcs" allows you to access the 200 km of pistes and 63 lift systems of the Les Arcs, Peisey-Vallandry and Villaroger ski areas. The ski resort is very snow-sure, as most of the pistes lie above 1,800 m. Les Arcs offers many different runs to suit every taste! Impressive deep snow areas can be found especially at the Grand Col, free riders and snowboard fans will find a floodlit park in Arc 2000. Beginners prefer to stick to the lower parts of Arc 1600 and 1800. A must for all who have a strong stamina, is the world famous "Aiguille Rouge" piste on the mountain of the same name: with an altitude difference of 2,026 m, it takes you from the peak (3,226 m) over 7 km, along steep precipices, right down to Villaroger! Boarders will feel like they are in heaven: fantastic powder slopes, a halfpipe, as well as two fun parks with tables, slides, kickers and a boarder cross, promise paradisal fun! With the upgrade to the "Paradiski" lift pass, you can also use the pistes in La Plagne, totalling 425 km of pistes and 132 lifts! For easily changing the ski area you can use the double-decker Vanoise Express cable car, which connects the Les Arc and La Plagne perfectly.

Alpine skiing in France: successful season in the Alps
According to official statistics, the last 2011-2012 season was quite successful for the French Alps. The number of tourists visited ski resorts in France at the famous peaks increased compared with the previous year by 2%.

Bulgarian ski resort: Easter skiing
According to the Bulgarian National Television, the resort administration decided to offer unique opportunity to free skiing on the slopes of Pamporovo before the Easter after consultation with the Smolyan city authorities, which is located near the resort.
