Ski Area Aussois
The Aussois ski area stretches from 1,500 m up to 2,750 m. 55 kilometres of piste are connected here by 10 lift systems. Beginners will feel especially at home on the 7 green and 5 blue pistes, whilst experienced skiiers can really get into it on the 8 red and 2 black pistes. A day-trip to La Norma or Valfréjus, with 65 km of piste each, is also worth it. One day in one of the two ski areas is included in the Aussois lift pass. But also the Trois Vallées ski area close by, which satisfies with 600 km, should be explored by experienced skiiers.

Alpine skiing in France: successful season in the Alps
According to official statistics, the last 2011-2012 season was quite successful for the French Alps. The number of tourists visited ski resorts in France at the famous peaks increased compared with the previous year by 2%.

Bulgarian ski resort: Easter skiing
According to the Bulgarian National Television, the resort administration decided to offer unique opportunity to free skiing on the slopes of Pamporovo before the Easter after consultation with the Smolyan city authorities, which is located near the resort.
