Ski Area Stans

With the "Zillertaler Superskipass" you can choose between 650 km of piste in the 8 ski areas of the Ziller, Gerlos and Tuxer Valleys, which are all perfectly connected by a free shuttle bus system commuting between the areas (s. ski region). Numerous free rider areas and snow parks round off the first class selection of pistes! As a special highlight we recommend a trip to the Hintertuxer glacier (included in the Zillertaler Superskipass). It is known to be one of the best glaciers in the Alps, due to its size and challenging runs. On 3,250 m altitude you can enjoy a spectacular view as well as a 12 km long valley descent as the highlight of the day. With the Kellerjoch ski area in Stans however you will find a very family-friendly ski area in close proximity. Here you will find 10 km of piste available. And even after dark you will find the opportunity to practise on the flood-lit pistes. A seperat lift pass is however required for this area but can be acquired in resort.
