Apres-Ski St. Anton
The après ski scene in St. Anton is truly legendary: the atmosphere heats up in international bars and pubs from 3pm onwards. The offer is extensive - mountain lodges like the "Krazy Kanguruh" or the "Heustadl" invite you in to enjoy the last rays of sunshine and toast to a successful day on the slopes. No one should miss the opportunity to visit the "Moosewirt" - après ski with cult status! In the afternoon St. Anton's pedestrian area comes alive, as visitors take to the streets to enjoy the great selection of chic shops, cosy cafes and restaurants. At 2,100 m, the "Galzig Verwallstube" entices guests to Austria's highest-situated chef's toque restaurant with fine delicacies. Later in the evening things heat up in diverse bars, pubs and discos. A favourite spot for dance and party fiends is the "Kandahar", where international DJs and delicious cocktails ensure the right atmosphere. Those looking to relax will find just the thing at the indoor pool with large sauna and spa area. A special highlight is the 4.4 km long toboggan run with an altitude difference of 500 m. Those looking to explore nature can take a winter or snowshoe hike or a horse sleigh ride through the snowy landscape for an unforgettable experience.
