Apres-Ski Oberau

Numerous bars and taverns invite you in to linger after a long day on the piste. Oberau has retained its charm and character, which holiday makers appreciate. The 250 year old Baroque church is definitely worth a visit, and culture fans can also visit the mountain farmer museum. In the Roggenboden district you will find regular night tobogganing and night skiing. Romantics can take advantage of horse-sleigh rides. Oberau is a great starting point for skiers who are also seeking relaxation. If you don't want to forego the apres ski, you can easily reach other resorts with the "Nightliner" and take part in the liveliness there. A hot spot is "Bobo's Heustadl-Bar", right next to the Markbachjoch lift's valley station, or the "Gruttn-Bar" at the Schatzberg lift valley station. If you prefer a more laid-back and romantic evening, you shouldn't miss a stroll in the "Geheimnisvolle Schlucht" (mysterious ravine) with torchlit hike and mulled wine after sunset.
