This resort (1,400 m), which is well-known for its particularly impressive apres ski, distinguishes itself as a winter paradise with its ski area and the Silvretta arena. At altitudes between 1,377 and 2872m, it offers something for every winter sports fan. For the snow boarders there is a snowboard park, for the experts a total of 238 kilometres of piste, a large fun park for boarders and free-stylers and 74 kilometres of cross-country track for cross-country skiers. Ischgl is practically traffic free, as visitors are encouraged to use the pedestrian tunnels, where a moving walkway transports you from one side of the village to the other.
